We have a responsibility to be as eco-friendly as possible throughout all aspects of our work. Through this rider, we hope to communicate and develop a greener way of working for everyone in our sector.
If aspects of this rider present a challenge, we ask that you contact us and we can help find the best solution. If you have any suggestions in addition to this rider, please share them with us.
We keep flying to a minimum and use public transport when possible. Please minimise any travel in personal or company-owned petrol vehicles. If accommodation is required, please ensure it is local, and that good public transport links are available.
We have taken steps to improve the energy efficiency of all our equipment and we employ a ‘Turn It Off’ policy. Please ensure you don’t leave lights, air conditioning, heating, stage equipment on unnecessarily, and ensure on-site partners or collaborators to do likewise.
We prefer vegetarian/ vegan meals, other dietary requirements upon enquiry. Please make every effort to minimise waste of leftovers.
We prefer clean, reusable items. Please avoid non-recyclable packaging as much as possible.
Any merchandise or marketing materials, including posters, programmes and tickets should be printed in minimal quantities and on certified recycled paper. Please ensure any third-party printing companies offer sustainable printing options.
Please ensure any audience is made aware of public transport links and green travel & accommodation options. Please signpost any options for electronic programmes, tickets, or online attendance options if available.
We are committed to reach Carbon Net Zero by 2035 by both cutting our environmental impact and contributing to projects which help to reduce the amount of atmospheric CO2.
