We are delighted to have been accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a Living Wage Employer, which means we can join over 16,000 UK business in providing fairer, better work for our employees.
Living Wage Scotland was established in April 2014 by the Poverty Alliance to increase the number of Scottish employers paying the real Living Wage. This also aligns with our commitment to the Scottish Government’s Fair Work policy to improve the lives of people and create better conditions at work. As well as Fair Work the Fair Work Framework also involves staff having an effective voice and working with them towards improved health and wellbeing.
