Get ready to experience a unique blend of new words and new instruments combined in innovative duos – a new kind of song cycle. Performed by baritone Colin Levin with digital accompaniment by Clare Johnston, Rhona Smith and Karen Sutherland, this event promises to be a one-of-a-kind musical experience you won’t want to miss. New music by Stuart MacRae (Scotland), Nino Hakansson (Sweden/Finland), Ewan MacKay (Scotland), Stefan Sand Groves (Denmark/Iceland), Sonia Allori (Scotland), Sigrid Anita Haugen (Norway)

Letting the Light In is a collaboration to create the first CD of new music exclusively featuring compositions by disabled artists for pianist Siwan Rhys through a partnership between Drake Music Scotland, Tŷ Cerdd and NMC

Out of the Common has been working with art forms from a diverse range of cultures; from South Asian Katak dance to Live Coded Algorave and live VJs.  Brought together by musician and producer Farhad Ahmed with artistic support by Queen of Harps, Hamshya Rajkumar and Ali Gillies

Out of the Common are Karen Sutherland, Omar James, Maryam Zaki aka Bebe Dulcie and Sanjeev Mann aka Supermann on da Beat.
