Building on the success of our partnership over the past two years with City of Edinburgh Council, Resonate and The Queen’s Hall, Jazz Jigsaw by emerging young composer Lewis Forbes will showcase the talented young musicians of the Edinburgh Schools Jazz Orchestra alongside Braidburn and Pilrig Park Schools.
This exciting new premiere at The Queen’s Hall on 15 March is a rich fusion of themes and melodic ideas for an inclusive Jazz Orchestra which brings together a wide variety of traditional jazz instruments with Figurenotes notation and new music technologies.
