Drake Music Scotland traditional scots music ensemble Equilibrium will be appearing at the next Celtic Connections festival.
This concert is one of the highlights in a busy season for the group which includes performances at the Scots Fiddle Festival, Edinburgh International Harp Festival, Children In Scotland conference and Microsoft‘s Annual Burns Supper.
Featuring new music composed and performed by Amy Moar (harp) and Rhona Smith (laptop) this performance will feature guest musicians Clare Johnston (recorders and viola) and Karen Marshalsay (harp). The concert premières the Young Mary Suite by Amy Moar, inspired by the early life of Mary Queen of Scots.
