Drake Music Scotland is working with Royal Scottish National Orchestra to appoint a new Trainee for the Deaf Youth Orchestra.
With support from Creative Scotland’s Youth Music Initiative, a 10 session pilot project will run from December 2015 to April 2016 and create the first Deaf Youth Orchestra for Scotland.
The post of Deaf Youth Orchestra Trainee is suited to someone looking to pursue a career in inclusive arts practice. The position will be an opportunity to shadow workshop facilitators, as well as undertake and lead on the administration of activities.
