Keeping your data safe

If you work with us, sign up for our e-newsletter or request information about participating in our projects, we will collect basic information about you (i.e. your name, contact details) so we may notify you of any opportunities or changes to our services.

We store this information safely and securely, hold it only for as long as we need to use it, and will never sell or share this with anyone.

On 25th May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect in the UK.  This will replace the current Data Protection Act and aims primarily to give control back to citizens and residents over their personal data with the following rights for individuals:

  1. The right to be informed
  2. The right of access
  3. The right to rectification
  4. The right to erasure
  5. The right to restrict processing
  6. The right to data portability
  7. The right to object
  8. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.
